A little more interaction please!

In a recent online dialogue, using CircleLytics, people discussed the effect on travel and meeting restrictions on their team's effectiveness and, more specifically, on trust.

Trust as critical factor in a team's effectiveness

Most of us are familiar with the idea that effective teams have higher levels of mutual trust. Team members feel they can speak up and share ideas - or worries - in a free manner. And trust is build by people getting to know one another, through conversation, working together and share personal experience. Working online has changed a lot of how we - as members of several teams and communities - communicate and collaborate. So, has trust in teams been impacted by this?

Read the report in the online dialogue and find out what you can do to improve.
